2.2 When you book a call

Our contact page uses an embedded booking tool provided by Cal.com. When you book a strategy call, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and any information you provide in the booking form. This data is processed by Cal.com in accordance with Cal.com's Privacy Policy. We receive and store the booking details to fulfil our service and communicate with you prior to and following the call.

2.3 When you contact us by email

If you contact us directly by email, we process your name, email address, and any other information you voluntarily share. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and will not share it with third parties.

3. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary cookie (fluence_consent) to remember your cookie preferences. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website.   • Hosting provider (Netlify) — our website is hosted on Netlify. Server log files are processed on their infrastructure.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Email correspondence is retained for a maximum of 3 years. Booking data is retained for up to 2 years after the last interaction.
