I started Fluence after watching founder after founder struggle with the same problem: brilliant people stuck doing work that software should be doing for them.

Leads were going cold. Onboarding was taking days. Calendars were empty because no one had time to follow up. The businesses were great; the systems were broken.

So I started building the automations myself. And the results were immediate: hours back every week, more leads converted, and founders finally able to focus on the work they actually love.

Today, Fluence is my full focus. I work with founders to design and build the systems that turn their operations from reactive and manual to proactive and automatic.
